    Yes, I have an OpenSpot. I only use it on DMR, and don't use any of the V>special features. Overall a nice unit, though its receiver is quite deaf. T V>20mW transmitter gets out well, but the receiver loses my 3W HT less than hal V>way to the limit of the transmitter. Just a thing to keep in mind if you're V>using the OpenSpot in a larger area.

    I heard on a D-Star Net last night, that one manufacturer of the
    ZoomSpot devices was no longer going to produce them. But, apparently
    several others produce this, and related items already.

    Yeah, I saw that on Facebook too. But there's plenty of alternatives.
