  • A successful weekend

    I spent the last long weekend (Friday - Sunday) at the Victorian Country Athletics Championships. Competed in 7 events in total as detailed below. Looks like I'm finding my form at the right time of year.

    For the weekend, my results were:

    Triple jump - Bronze (8.22m)
    Long jump - 4th (4.19m, missed a medal by 1cm!)
    100m - Bronze (13.20)
    400m - Silver (1:04.60)
    200m - Silver (29.90). Couldn't quite hold onto the lead, after running a very fast bend.
    4x100m - Bronze
    4x400m - 4th.

    All individual results were season bests for me. All in all, a very successful weekend!
