Does anyone have any radio projects in mind for 2017?
As for me, I have a couple to tackle. Firstly, I have a 5 GHz AV transmitter and receiver in front of me. These are normally used for drones, but I am looking at using them as a transmitter link for my
1250 MHz ATV transmitter. I have configured the modules as close as possible to an ATV channel in the 6 cm band.
The other project is to get packet radio up and running, running AX.25
and IP. I have a HAMnet allocation (/24), part of which will be
allocated to the LAN for supporting services, and part will be for RF
for VHF and possibly HSMM mesh.

Get Hamnet setup better.
Actually we are doing it right now: http://hamnetdb.net/?m=as&q=oe1xaw&as=-All-&tab=&osm=1
Cool ...
I should get my LimeSDR in february.
And they just disabled DVB-T1 ... so I have a receiver which is sitting around uselessly, and a SDR transceiver ... hmmm ;)

AX.25 is also interesting ... just need to gather more motivation to tackle it.
