  • File areas active

    File hatching is now sorted. Some of you may have noticed an infopack that
    was distributed earlier. I turned on VK_INFO for all nodes except one that I know isn't setup to receive files. You may now enable file echoes. They are:

    VK_INFO - VKRadio Infopacks and nodelists
    VK_SOFTWARE - VKRadio radio related software
    VK_UTILS - VKRadio radio utilities

    You can turn these file echoes on or off by sending a netmail to filefix at 432:1/100, with your Areafix/Filefix password (they are the same) in the Subject field. Syntax is similar to Areafix.

    Alternatively, if you get lost, drop me a netmail at 432:1/101 (I check that more frequently) and let me know what changes you want to make.

    If you know any good radio related files, please upload them to me and I'll hatch them out in the appropriate area.

    Also, if you have any thoughts on the file echoes themselves and how they're structured, feel free to discuss here or in VK_PROPOSAL.

    If you tried to filefix the echoes before and failed, there was a configuration error on my end, which has since been fixed.

    Enjoy, now I just have to find some suitable files to hatch. :) You should have got my infopack in VK_INFO.
