What would be a good transceiver to setup packet transfers for a bbs? Looking for something to be able to go some distance and a good speed, like 2400/9600.. I am thinking about making my Raspi mystic system ax25
accessiable. They have a raspi TNC so all I need is a radio.. I never setup
or even turned on a transceiver other then a CB. But I did stay at a holiday inn express once, so it should be pretty easy...:)

All this packet radio talk, has got me interested in learning what is needed also.. I started searching wiki for bbs software supporting packet radio.

I found the video very interesting.. hence the sharing of the link.
