Some kit from "Q" has now been made into a real thing. This device flips up your license plate to hide your identify from who knows what. This thing actually tilts the license plate so that it can't be read, and then you can flip it back into position and have some sort of plausible denyability. Don't use this on the government roads though as I'm sure that they would have a fit over something this 007 boldness. I can see you easily get a massive fine just being that audacious. Be careful with this information.
