How can an enemy best be defeated with minimal casualties to people and the environment? Fertaility warfare. There are various drugs that cause such major birth defectes or still-borns which would render a population without kids to pass the kingdom/country down to. If no one has children there will
be no one to occupy a country. If no one is occupying the country it is a prime ripe space that can be invaded and conquered with ease. The toxin that would cause this would have to be something that doesn't spread to just anyone. It would have to be something in the water or in the food that doesn't reproduce itself as you wouldn't want the same agent affecting your own people. A chemical in the water supply would be most effective, in a major city where the water is recycled and used by everyone would make a prime target. It would have to break down over time to limit its spread. This is a concept, a thought, something to prepare for, and something to consider as to how it can be combatted. The great terrorist attacks have killed thousands; whereas this could kill hundreds of thousands. Sometimes its not nice considering things from a terrorist mindset, but thinking of scenarios that might come to pass makes us more prepared for the worst case scenario. People never expected Perl Harbor or the Al-Qaeda attacks. It would be a good thing to make a think tank to consider the horrors that could be so that a quick response can be taken to mitigate or avoid the very worst of the worst case scenarios. Your enemy is ruthless, seeing your death as a service to god, enjoying the opportunity to become a martyr. So be prepared, don't let yourself be surprised again, no matter what the end plan is decided by your opposition. The opposition is Evil, though they think that they are god's holy warriors. The first step in defeating the Jihadis is to understand how they think---and its a dark dark place.
