• CBRN - Chemical Biological Radiological Nuclear

The future outlook of having a CBRN attack is grim. Nuclear catastrophe is something probably only held by state actors, however chemical weapons are
easy to create, requiring only a four-year BA (Bachelor of Arts) in college. Biological weapons can be taken from schools. Schools often carry some dangerous viruses or bacteria to use in demonstrations of how they grow well
in some cultures but not in others. Radiological weapons are easy to produce electronically, though finding radioactive materials is difficult to find in nature at a high enough grade as to make anyone sick. But what is the government point of view on which CBRN camp is the deadliest? The British
used biological weapons while America was colonizing the new found lands.
They gave a bunch of blankets infected with small pocks so when they saw the beautiful blankets they touched them and showed the gift to their friends, and their camps became very diseased, decimating the first nations people.

    So in summary:

Chemical weapons can be made by anyone, though they probably wouldn't kill many.

Biological weapons can simply be created by harvesting liquids from a sick person, having the highest rate of possible catastrophe with the least amount of trouble in acquiring the material for weaponization

Radiological weapons can be very dangerous when produced electronically, but having natural radioactive materials is hard and prohibitive to seek out.

Nuclear weapons are likely only going to be used by State actors, though it
is known that terrorists are actively trying to build themselves nuclear
bombs. The knowledge of how to make a nuclear bomb is not that difficult,
what is difficult is finding the radio active materials and being able to enrich the ore to produce fissionable/fusionable weapons of mass destruction.

This is what the Intelligence Community should be focused on --- stopping the proliferation of WMDs. Proper respect goes out to the men and women who work day and night to stop this potentional proliferation, they have my respect.

    Best regards,
