    I am 100% sure this is something still happening today. I'm not sure if I see the alien over lords kinda thing but more of a trade to be able to be at the top and provide cover ups and what ever else aliens need to have technology shared and keep your power.

    Heckle fish is awesome! Perfect way to design the show. Your the first person to actually respond to the discussion. Here in Oct I though more people would be in the mood to discuss all things on the outer limits.
