This ebay seller has on offer language courses for a great discount. I've bought a few of them and would recommend them. The courses go for about $4
CAD ($3 USD). They feature a woman's voice and they seem to be produced with quality in mind.
You might have to sort through a whole bunch of products, what you're looking for is the downloadable versions of the language learning media. They offer
it on compact disc as well, but it costs more and you get the exact same product for $4 compared to $15.
Truly the best language learning media is from Pimsleur, but this is a good
3rd best, with Rosseta Stone taking second place. But, hey, language
learning for under $5 with good production, I'm interested in that!
Have fun and remember: You've got better job security if you've got several langauges under your belt. And learning this stuff is fun. So have fun!
