  • Retro Audio?

    I like it! Maybe not exactly what you're thinking, but I have a 80's style ghetto blaster that I plan on converting to play via streaming / HDD (mp3, FLAC) / etc. :D

    You should be able to pop a BlueTooth tape adapter in it to accomplish that with out modding the unit.

    Does it still have a working belt?

    I'm a fan of keeping things the way they were, but anything is better than seeing good hardware go to the dump.

    He reviews many ancient audio devices, and very obscure audio retro formats. May be interesting to you.

    Good idea :) I am in the process of deleting some areas and will keep this

    I love Techmoan. His videos are amazing to watch.
    I'd recommend VWestlife and Databits if you're into those sort of channels.

    The radio works great, but I haven't actually tried a tape in it yet. I do have
    some, so maybe I can give a spin. I'd like to fully convert this thing over though -- if it works well, I may hold off until I can find a non-working unit though.
