• Manual areafix?

    Is there anyway i can do a manual (locally) areafix for certain nodes? Thanks

    Aside from adding or removing "Export To" entries from the host's message and file bases, I don't believe so.

    For full area/filefix functionality with rescanning and the like I think you'd need to set up a separate mailer masquerading as the node in order to send
    the Area/Filefix netmail.

    I'd never even considered it, yet it's one of those "why didn't I think of that?" things what seems like it would be a very useful option.

    I haven't been able to see what's going on in FSXnet all day. I think my uplink may have crashed. His BBS is running though so I logged on and dropped him a note.

    I have been getting my feeds just fine for both FSXNet and UseNet.

    Apparently the net2 hub for fsx just had a bit of a power outage. It's back up again and caught up on mail now.
