• BBS list for RetroNet supporting?

From blakespot@80:774/22 to All on Sun Jun 2 17:09:14 2019
I want to use my Amigas and Tandy 1000 to BBS and interact with RetroNet. I
am having issues with "doorway mode" arrow-key menus on some SynchroNet BBS that carry RetroNet. I want to try each one and see what I can actually navigate on the old machines. Any that don't run SynchroNet out there?

I have a few programs that support "doorway mode" on the Tandy, and they
allow me to navigate the menus of some BBS when I turn on that mode, but not every BBS (while modern SyncTerm works with every BBS but is not for vintage systems).

    Thanks

    bp

You can try a few C-Net boards with RetroNet...

Confused. Why is Reign of Fire listed as two different states? Is it two different boards that just happen to share the same name?

Reign of Fire BBS is located in Wisconsin, but the Dial-Up number is a Tennessee Area Code that hooks you up with the same BBS.

I run on a very highly customized Amiga C-NET. It's different from any other board out there, stop by!

Why? Why not just use a Wisconsin phone number?

I purchased the number when I lived in Tennessee. It stays with me, and I never changed it to a 414 areacode. I could, but I would have to pay for
it. I think I can spen my cash in better places.
