No, you have to do it old school. Nick Andre wrote a util to do it for the y2k version, but has not updated the code to the 1.30 structs for the up coming release next month.

Oh well, manually it is. It'll take a while but thankfully I can setup the default message base with most if the settings when entering each new one.
