    Hey there guys what are you all using to make ans screens and such?

    Wish there was a program that takes jpg, or what ever and makes a ans screen! Sure would make things simple.

    There is some online tools that will do this for you, or at least try to. Give it a search and see if they work for what you're looking for.

    DOS DOS Win Linux

    There is also Mystic and Synchdraw as well as some other ones but I use the ones above.

    Hey thanks Lux, Yep I have the 3 but i dont use Linus so Duhdraw is out for me. I was trying to find something that will import a jpg or gif or something to be able to modify it!

    But on the converters there are so many. None of them are very good at all. Better to have an image up on the screen (or print it) get your outline going and go from there. 2o4beers has an Ansi instructional base. Really helpful.

    Moebius allows for this; I don;t exactly know where the overlay setting IS, but I know that its in there...

    I always grab Moebius from 16colo.rs website.

    (I'm sorry - I thought you wanted a .JPG overlay thing, to draw it yourself using a photo... others have posted about converters, so I'll just edit THIS.)

    TheDraw is the most useful ansi editor I've ever used. The animation mode
    makes it desirable.

    Wish there was a program that takes jpg, or what ever and makes a ans screen! Sure would make things simple.

    There is a DOS program that does that! It's amazing how they convert the images, but they sorta come out looking like shit. It seems like a novelty
    sort of program to me.
