    So ... I found a way around getting NON-FOSSIL doors to run .... my temp work around kinda stinks, gonna have to try to add something to Renegade to make it smoother.

    So anyways ... here shortly when I get time, I will be setting up a bunch of doors that need a COMPORT to run. (As long as my testbed keeps working.
    ... <G>) .... Right now I have tested Uncertia the Unknown Quest, and Cripple Smash. I am going to play with Yankee Trader next ....

    Nothing major .... I just have telnetdoor setup to telnet to a 2nd Renegade setup on the same machine that is using NetSerial and BNU to run. Only bad part right now is you have to logon with your username and password. Once you leave that board (or menu, as that is all it is), it will return to the reg BBS ... but it works.

    ... Sure, I stole them. All of them, and I'm *PROUD* of it! HAHAHAHAHA!

    Ah ok, Netserial. I don't think I've ever tried that. Have you ever tried using Dosbox-X? I never quite got it working with Renegade, but I was likely doing something wrong with the socket handle.
