• Update on ext drv problem

    Hi Nancy!

    Got the external drive working -- rebooted the system. Will admit that sometime should be the first thing to do when a should work device
    doesn't. ...Sometimes just like to see if can fix without 'flipping the switch'.

    Yup. No real sign the system needs rebooting other than things start
    acting strangely: no slow-downs, no excessive memory usage... <shrug>
