Apparently, they chewed their way through the plumbing, and came in
through the toilet in one of the bathrooms.
    Pesky critters....!

    Nasty vermin to boot.

    Indeed.

Sounds like you made a good decision to get the ongoing coverage...
    Hope they are effective....

They were supposed to come by yesterday, and didn't show up.

I trust they did finally get there....?

I barely got the computers shut down yesterday in time before a
nearby lightning strike shook the place!!

That was close... but good enough timing....

I also have some sort of water insurance, and if
I'm lucky, it'll cover the cost of plumbing repairs.
That would be a good thing...

Insurance is like anti-diarrhea medicine. Better to have and not
need, than to need and not have.

True. And did you find out if the water insurance does cover the cost
    of the plumbing repairs....?

    Nancy,

They were supposed to come by yesterday, and didn't show up.

I trust they did finally get there....?

Nope. The technician called yesterday, and they're supposed to be here sometime between 3pm and 5pm today.

That was close... but good enough timing....

I watch the radar closely when there's a threat of storms. Lightning
gives very few secrets of where and when it will strike next.

True. And did you find out if the water insurance does cover the cost
    of the plumbing repairs....?

Not sure. I'm waiting to see what Terminix discovers.

And did they manage that one...? They must really be backlogged from so
many in the area having issues with the rats....

That was close... but good enough timing....

True. I've seen it come from a clear blue sky...

And did you find out if the water insurance does cover the cost

Not sure. I'm waiting to see what Terminix discovers.

Hopefully one or the other will cover it...
