• Possible bug?

From Accession@454:1/1 to Digital Man on Tue Mar 1 04:59:00 2016
    Hello Digital,

You may want to see if you can reproduce this, but I may have found a bug in SC G. In the external door games section, copy/paste (going about it by creating a
empty field, copying the old field, and pasting it over the empty one) seems t
only copy the main field, and not the actual contents under that field.

    Example:

I installed the CoA games. It is currently the last field in my externals list nd into that field all the games are listed. I wanted to move it up in the list so when people view it on the BBS, it's closer to the top. I created an empty f eld closer to the top of the list, and copy/pasted CoA Games to that empty fiel .

All that was copied was the main "CoA Games" field entry, but none of the games under it were copied over to that new field.

If you can't reproduce, I'll see if maybe I did something wrong while trying to do this.

    Regards,
    Nick

You can't recursively copy a group/section. That would create a bunch of duplicate external programs (in this case) with duplicat internal codes, even if only temporarily.

I'll look into adding a "move" option for you, but copy and paste not what you want to use for that.

Sure. A move option would be great in all of SCFG. I was only going about it th
only way I knew how, or was available to me. Thanks.
