• Emulators and Muds

From Al@32:1/10 to All on Sat Oct 27 04:19:03 2018
    Hello All,

At Marisa's request I have added two new areas, Emulators and Muds. For QWK nodes the area number for Emulators is 1028 and Muds is 1029. I think QWK nodes will receive those areas automaticaly although you will need to create those areas on your BBS along with the QWK hub and area numbers.

FTN nodes can areafix GN_EMULATOR and/or GN_MUD to connect, or just hollar at me and I can add your node. Let us know if you need any help getting those going.

I'll get that info added to the infopack and send a new one out shortly.

    Ttyl :-),

Hmm, your timing couldn't have been much worse, but I will look at adding them when I can. I'm interstate for the Australasian Police and Emergency Services Games, and just arriced yesterday. But the good news is I do have a bit of spare time today, so will have to get onto it ASAP.

Well, I've added them to my configuration. Might just get you to turn them both on for me when you get a moment. Thanks. :)

I try to keep my timing as well as I can but.. :)

I just added your node so I think your good to go. I have created the areas here but haven't seen anything yet but they are up and running (IINM) so you should get any traffic that arrives.

I imagine Marisa will be posting seed messages soon.. :)

Cool. :) I'll have to check if my logging out was enough to recycle SBBS, or if I have to do a restart.
