I hadn't really given AppleTV a go - for reasons - and a couple of my friends recommended I check out Severance. Its a super intense dystopian satire that nets out to never being able to leave the office. I'm 100% hooked. Any other fans?

So its a little bit of a stretch - but if you are into Severance - you should check out LEGION. It was on FX a little while back (ok several years back). But it is, in my opinion, the best superhero property that 100% will never be made again in the Marvel Universe (this was pre-disney ownership).

Anyone else see it/into it? I love the X-Men (comics) and franky the movie translations have always been corny and lame - Legion captured some of the batshit insane, dark pieces that they never get right - while also absolutely getting some of the humor.

I loved it and probably actually need to watch it again soon.

Ok! I loved severance and watched it again and it was just as good.
I didn't even know of a filming date so I'm happy to imagine season 2
will be out this fall. I can continue to wait.

I just hate this time of year... none of the shows I really love have new episodes.

So I guess it's more "Below Deck" until the next seasons show up for my
Sci-fi fix. :(

I don't like the term "fan", short for fanatic. Instead, I
*like'd* the storyline and I *like'd" watching it. :D

It seemed a bit slow in the 1st 2 episodes, but by the 3rd one
it kicked off very nicely.

You said "about.. never being able to leave the office". That's
half true. The other half is about "not knowing what goes on
in the office" ..and both aspects are theoretically a benefit
for the working society.

Severance was pretty good. The cliffhanger at the end of the
last espisode was both a good slow-burn "reveal" as well as a
fine cliffhanger.

People talk about technology fixing anything. Can it fix or
aide the separation of the work/home environments?

Hopefully impacting as in "delayed", rather than "Good enough, let's start shooting."

I can wait a few more months, but it will be incredibly sad if all that buildup is squandered.
