• Mystic "Move Before" Command

From Lord Gareth@21:4/174 to All on Wed Jun 10 15:27:23 2020
I was trying to re-arrange some of my message groups/message bases and found the "move before" option on the editor menu. However, it doesn't do
anything. It moves the cursor to the lower part of the screen and has no functionality.

I've also noticed that some of my message bases aren't listed on the message index page, which is weird.

    Any Thoughts?

Yes, that one is a bit special. :)

You have to first select "Copy", then arrow to the desired position, then
"Move before", and it will move it. :)

Check that the List ACL is correct and that it matches the group number --
like "g2" for message group #2.

    Best regards

Thanks Zip! Had no idea that command meant copying the group/area and then moving it!

I'll double check the permissions on the message bases but, I don't remember changing anything.

    Thks,
    Lord Gareth

    My thanks as well.

I checked my permissions and there is nothing wrong for my Netmail board or
    the General fsx net board.

The only thing I can think of is that I did change the names of those boards.
I don't know why that would exclude them from the message index though.

    Weird...
