    My son's been home with a nasty case of Covid, and I tested positive this morning. So far, nothing more than a headache and a scratchy throat. No fever.

    I'm sequestered in my daughter's room, calling my BBS on a desk full of stuffed fuzzy bears. Surreal.

    Seems that it is on the rise just about everywere now...

    Seems the same over here... Aged Care my mother is in has some cases but they seem to have that under control. Queensland and New South Wales appear to
    have increasing cases more than Victoria.. What we seem to have down here is
    a regular cold/flu which mostly turns up with clagged nose and sinus in everyone I know with it. Lasts a week or so and starts to clear up.

    Please let us know if those bears get red glowing eyes...sprout fangs and start chasing you. If it happens...just hope it doesn't end up like the scene from "Alien" with John Hurt eating dinner. ;)

    Sorry to hear that. I had it a few weeks ago and one of my ears is still messed up from it. Other than that I was just really tired and a bit hazy for a week or so. Hope you get over it soon.

    Day 3, my fever has broken, I'm down to sniffles and a headache. I'm on Paxlovid for the next 4 days, am tempted to try a rapid test tomorrow and
    see how I'm doing.
