• Netrunner on Chrome OS

I have the Linux mode enabeled on my chromebook, downloaded the latest netrunner, but it won't let me run the program. Will it not run on a debian based linux? If anyone knows how to get it working PLEASE tell me. None of the other terminal programs I've found handle ANSI correctly.

Not sure what "Linux mode" is on a chromebook, but yes, NetRunner will
run just fine on Debian based Linux (or any other type of Linux). Must
have something to do with "Linux mode".

Another common terminal program, that handles ANSI just fine, is
    SyncTerm.

Netrunner is distributed as a binary I think, many chrome books are arm based, and I'm not sure if there's a raspberry pi (arm) version or not. Either way, he should make sure he's got the binary for the right architecture.

    Ahhhh, yes, good point.

Just checked and the "release" version (Beta21) shows only 32 and 64 bit versions for Windows and Linux. But on the pre-alpha download page,
there is a 32-bit version (Beta22) for Raspberry Pi which of course
would be ARM-based. If the OP is reading this, and his Chromebook is
ARM, perhaps that would run on it...

    Geri Atricks, you copy?

Yeah, used that one for a while too. Just like Netrunner a bit better.

I'll look into it. Thanks Gamgee.
