Since I have the TCP/IP stack running right before heading to bed last night...am wanting to run Renegade under Warp 4.52...but gotta find all the software for the system outside of Renegade which will allow me to
run all the nets thru it.

This I can help you with. Netmail me and I can put together a package for
you. You might also want to talk to Nick Andre who is running Renegade
under Windows Server. For OS/2, though, I can get you what you need to get
it online and reachable via telnet.

If I can also hack it to run Windows 95/98
software...that would be the cat's meow.

Don't bother. The Win32s solution has a very narrow scope. If you're
really wanting to do that, set up your BBS under a 32-bit version of
    Windows.

    Later,

Is that possible? That would make a great retro project if it could
    work!

To an extremely limited extent, yes, but otherwise, stick to 32-bit Windows.

The needed libraries come as part of ArcaOS but they are limited.

What's really fun is seeing Windows 10 run under ArcaOS. ;)

That would be fantastic! That's why I'm running Mystic...rather than
Renegade. Was able to get it connected with a big group using it for some of them years.

Very true. Did have Renegade answering the phone on this box & letting me log in to just the software...but that was it.

Thank you for again getting me pointed in the right direction.

Sure thing. If you haven't already, areafix OS2 and OS2BBS. There's a lot
of great help in there also.

Already done. See my feed from New Zealand adds feeds all the time...so will eventually see the OS2BBS come in.
