    As you now know, Telegram dropped me on Nov 12.

    I had just finished installing a suitable version on my newly
    revived (new cpu fan and heatsink grease) T60/XP pc.

    Within a few short minutes of that, I got a "phone number
    banned message." I lost access to the app on all my devices.

    Telegram is strangely fragile that way.
