Ok, so I was able to get VA to work -- HALFWAY. When I go to enter
netmail online via telnet, the door loads up, but I am not able to use
it over the telnet connection. However, I am able to use it locally
form the node window. Is there something I am not doing correctly to
get it to use the FOSSIL driver for communications?

If this is a Windows system, it's possible that the hot port isn't being passed to the door. Programs like Netfoss can be tricky, if that's what you're using. Or is the fossil emulator built into WC? ...Something to think about. <g>.

For Wildcat! itself, which is where I am entering this reply in, it is
using the internal FOSSIL code. Not sure what VA is using. If VM can
use the same modem files that Wildcat! uses, then I can probably call a
SET VMMDM= (so something like that) to point to the Wildcat! 4.2 MDM
data file and see what happens. However, I am going to let Joe comment
on that one just to be sure I am not way off base here.

And, yes, this is a Windows XP pro system using NetFoss (granted not the
    latest version I think).
