    I see here after dot (0x2e) and space (0x20) 0xc4 0x8c (which is Č which absent in my font), then space (0x20), then 0xc4 and again dot
    0x2e. Looks like it was supposed to be 0xc4 0x8d before the dot (), or
    what?

    You are correct. The lowercase Č is missing, and does not render
    through JamNNTP apparently. :(

    The lowercase Č can always be displayed as c' in an emergency. LOL
