For anyone who actually reads these...if you cvs update then
you'll lose your jsexec.ini file, since it's gone from /sbbs/exec
in CVS, it'll get deleted. You can move it to /sbbs/ctrl before
doing a cvs update to preserve it. I don't think most people use
it anyway so it's not likely to be missed, but just in case.

I don't think I'm using this file..., but would it make good sense
to just (preemptively) move it to /sbbs/ctrl (now)? Would that
break anything between now and the next CVS update? Thanks for

don't move it... copy it... then the cvs update will remove the original copy...

If you didn't create or modify the file yourself, just leave well enough alone. You don't need it.

DM said that most people are probably not using it so won't make much difference but there's no reason why you can't just make a copy and when you next do a cvs update then it'll still be in ctrl. I just grabbed a copy from my backup but you can always get a new copy from cvs if it's needed so it's no biggie really.

DM said that most people are probably not using it so won't make
much difference but there's no reason why you can't just make a
copy and when you next do a cvs update then it'll still be in
ctrl. I just grabbed a copy from my backup but you can always get
a new copy from cvs if it's needed so it's no biggie really.
