• Binkley Outbound Manager?

From poindexter FORTRAN@1:103/705 to All on Wed May 25 06:45:00 2022
Does anyone know of an app that'll help you manage a Binkley-style
    outbound file area?

I'm using Binkit and hubbing for a Fidonet region and an othernet, and
have a ton of mail in my outboxes. I'm looking for a tool that'll let
me easily determine what files belong to which nodes, so if I need to
remove a node I can easily remove any pending mail.

    Thanks!

I've written a python (2.7) script that shows a detailed report of a binkly style outbound. So it will probably show you the information you need. It's command line only, and works on both linux and windows. I haven't published it online yet, so let me know if you are interested...

    Bye, Wilfred.

I've got an old Python interpreter here, would love to take a look.

I sent it crash to you a few days ago. Did you find it? Or is it still hiding in you insecure inbound? ;-)

    Bye, Wilfred.

Ok, good to know it's also working in a synchro/binkit environment.
And what do you think about it? Is it usefull enough for you to use more then once? ;-)

    Bye, Wilfred.
