• Standard Yes/no Prompts

From Ascii Express@1:103/705 to All on Mon Jan 3 22:14:53 2022
Hi. I use a screen reader for the blind, as will some of my users. I wondered if I could disable the lightbar style yes/no prompts, and revert to a standard prompt. Thanks.

Yup, just change the strings for YesNoQuestion and NoYesQuestion in your ctrl/text.dat file to just "%s ? " (or something similar).

well you could code it to say type y for yes or n for no.

i have a crude menu system for the blind, btw. let me know if you want it.
I had a user who was blind and he was able to get around.

Cool. Send me your BBS's info. I'll play with the yes/no prompts tonight. I think I may also try my hand at writing a command shell. Sort of a room-based thing.
