I know what Google Drive is. I have no idea how that is a "cloud format" or what that has to do with uploads to a BBS.
Google Drive is just another set of file servers on the Internet. A BBS is also a file server on the Internet. One is no more "cloud" than the other. They're both "in the cloud" from the user's perspective.
