Hi Dm. I'd like to know why the filelist.exe is still included in the updates.

Because its been updated to support the new filebases used in v3.19 and (mostly) works. While the old filelist.exe (included in v3.18) does not. So I figured it's better to replace the totally-non-working filelist.exe with a mostly-working filelist.exe.

But what about filelist.js then?

filelist.js is the preferred utility for listing files, as the wiki says.

So that means you can use either one?
