Anyone having a problem with getting mail delivered hotmail accounts?

Do you have the ptr mechanism in your SPF record?

Hotmail is apparently starting to get hardcore on the ptr settings - hearing more and more about folks at hotmail not getting desired mail, and seems to
be an increase in complaints about hotmail 'messages queued for delivery' but no actual delivery to end user, and no failure responses sent to servers.
