Has any of you experience customer drama regarding the mask issue?

    Matt,

Not personally...although I've had to tell some folks to "practice
social distancing". The sign I saw on a church marquee said it best:

"If you can smell the fart...you're too close". <G>

I had an incident. A husband/wife couple were in the shop. Wifey is wearing mask and content on browsing and exploring. Hubby barely comes in further than 10 feet in the shop. I'm at a side desk which is about 15 feet from the guy. Wifey asks himm "I thought you wanted to come in?". Hubby replies, "I would, but he's (that's me) is not wearing a mask. He's breathing over everything." The wife rolled her eyes.

I did have a mask at the ready. But up to that point I was nowhere near those people, and quite busy at my desk working on the computer.

The wife left the store in a few short minutes with a purchase.
