    MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

    Title: Chicken Cordon Bleu Casserole
    Categories: Poultry, Pork, Cheese, Breads, Dairy
    Yield: 6 servings

    10 3/4 oz Can cream of mushroom soup
    1/4 c Mayonnaise
    3/4 c Milk
    2 ts Dijon mustard
    1/4 ts Black pepper
    2 lb Boned, skinned cooked
    - chicken; shredded
    1/2 lb Thin sliced deli ham; coarse
    - chopped
    6 sl Emmenthaler cheese
    1/4 c Italian bread crumbs
    2 tb Butter; melted
    Paprika for sprinkling

    Set oven @ 350+|F/175+|C. Coat a 9" x 13 baking dish with
    cooking spray.

    In a large bowl combine soup, mayonnaise, milk, mustard
    and black pepper. Remove half the sauce to another bowl
    and set aside.

    Stir the chicken into the large bowl of soup mixture,
    then spoon into prepared dish.

    Sprinkle the ham evenly over the chicken mixture, then
    place the slices of Swiss cheese on top of ham. Pour the
    remaining sauce over the cheese.

    In a small bowl mix the bread crumbs and butter,
    sprinkle over the sauce. Evenly sprinkle paprika on top
    then bake 30 to 35 minutes, or until golden brown and
    heated in center.

    Title: S.O.S.(Creamed Chipped Beef)
    Categories: Beef, Dairy, Sauces, Breads
    Yield: 4 servings

    4 1/2 (2 jars) sliced dried beef;
    - in 1/2" strips
    3 tb Butter
    3 tb A-P flour
    1/2 ts Onion powder
    1/2 ts Salt
    1/4 ts Black pepper
    2 c Milk
    1 tb Worcestershire sauce
    4 sl White bread; toasted, halved
    - diagonally

    Place beef in a medium bowl and add enough warm water to
    cover. Soak 2 minutes; drain.

    In a medium skillet over medium heat, melt butter; add
    flour, onion powder, salt, and pepper and cook 1 minute,
    stirring constantly. Add milk and Worcestershire sauce;
    mix well.

    Bring to a boil, reduce heat to low, and stir in beef.
    Cook 2 to 3 minutes, or until sauce is thickened,
    stirring constantly.

    Spoon an equal amount of beef mixture over each piece of
    toast. Serve immediately.
