    You failed to mention that the Babylon Bee is a satirical website. The
    website itself has a disclaimer that notifies readers of this, but in quoting an article without the disclaimer, you are presenting false information in
    such a way as to lead someone unfamiliar with the Babylon Bee to think it
    might be true.

    That's misinformation.

    You failed to mention that the Babylon Bee is a satirical website. The website itself has a disclaimer that notifies readers of this, but in quoting

    While it is true he should have noted it as satire, it is also
    true he has done so in previous posts citing The Babylonian Bee.
    Noting (satire) would be sufficient, especially given there may
    be newcomers who are not familiar with the source.

    I don't think that depending on people to remember that the Babylon Bee is satire is a very safe bet at all. If the article says something that aligns with their worldview, they're probably going to believe it. It's not like it hasn't happened before, millions of times, right in front of our eyes.
