• errflags.py update

From Wilfred van Velzen@2:280/464 to All on Mon Jan 30 21:26:35 2023
    Hi All,

There is a little update for errflags.py. It now writes a ^Z character at the end of all the nodelist segment files it touches. This is according to FTS-0005.003. As the pascal version of errflags doesn't do this (yet), this is where the 2 versions differ for now.

You can get the new version here:

    https://sourceforge.net/projects/errflags/files/ErrFlags-Python-V2.99.10-Beta.zip/download

BTW: The python version always writes a CR + LF pair of characters as line ending on all operating systems it is used, for segment files it touches (which is also according to FTS-0005.003). If you compile the pascal version on Linux it doesn't, it will write just a LF character as line ending. Makenl (probably) on windows will not process these files generated on Linux, which caused the recent removal of the R25 segment.

    Bye, Wilfred.
