Tonight, I ran out of my allotted 5GB data under my current
plan and was throttle down. Normally the system automatically
texts me a link so that I could buy a "service pass" for an
    additional 200MB for $5. But I didn't get a proper link.
Instead I got a link that steered me to their FAQ on Service
    Passes.

A bit frustrated, I decided to try their online chat. After
almost 20 minutes of waiting with 2 persons ahead of me, I
finally got someone. This is how it went:

Anthony : Let me see what I can do for you.

Anthony : How much data would you be needing Mr. Abolins?

You : The service pass for $5 is fine.

Anthony : I see, as much as I would like to do the service pass
we do not have access to it as it is automated.

Anthony : We can only do the feature add-on for your service.

Anthony : But no need to worry let me see what we can do.

    causing inconvenience.

You : Thank you. 1GB is satisfactory.

Anthony : I will have the 1GB data added in your account and

and I am back up to full 3G speed.

Nobody in Finland wants to pay about transferred bytes... I cannot believe the price of electricity will affect that. And what you are referreing here is the stock price. My personal price is still fixed for next two years.

The start of Olkiluoto 3 nuclear power plant is only about 12 years late now. It was supposed to be running in 2009 or 2010, IIRC. German/French suppier.
