    people on Smartphones. A very easy way for this echo to reach
    the vast number of smartphone devices is with Telegram.

    Just two steps:

    1. Install Telegram if you don't already have it.
    2. Send %LIST to @Fido2telebot.

    All that remains is to add this echo to the Fido<->Telegram
    LIST of groups.
