I still have power and internet...but as of midday yesterday, there had been a total of nearly 2 feet of snow in Little Rock...from 2 separate storms.

While not as bad as you, our weather in the WV-OH-KY Tri-State region has been bad.
We had an ice storm around the 10th, then we had snow on top of that. We
had about a quarter inch of ice under that snow. The first one was about a half inch, then a second storm of about three inches, and a lighter one on
    top of that.
Its been below freezing since the 10th. The ice we had then is still
    there.
Many ice covered trees have fallen, knocking out power, travel difficult outside the urban areas.
But to warm back to normal this coming week.

    Joe,

We had an ice storm around the 10th, then we had snow on top of that.

That's as bad as just an ice storm only.

We had about a quarter inch of ice under that snow. The first one was about a half inch, then a second storm of about three inches, and a lighter one on top of that.

    Ouch.

Its been below freezing since the 10th. The ice we had then is still there.

It is finally getting above freezing during the day, but it's still going below freezing at night.

Many ice covered trees have fallen, knocking out power, travel
    difficult outside the urban areas.

Same here. The region has had to deal with numerous wrecks, abandoned vehicles, rolling blackouts, and running out of water.

But to warm back to normal this coming week.

It can't come soon enough to get out of the deep freeze. Folks down here don't know how to drive in this stuff...never mind under regular conditions.

    Daryl

... There will be a rain dance Friday night, weather permitting.
