    Well, I don't know and I don't care.

I ordered a bunch of new address labels

I get unsolicited peel off address labels every year from somewhere. Way more than I would use in a year.
They all have some special marking such as a flag, a M in large type,
    etc.
There are also things Christmas related such a wreath, snowflake, etc. I sometimes use those in summer. :)

I'm sure the refills would be messy.

The first few times I refilled a cartridge it was messy but with practice
    it was cleaner and cleaner.

My late Mom had gotten a bunch of those, but I rarely have...and don't
want any of them...I preferred to do my own.

Especially if it's using invisible ink. <G>
