    Sunspot numbers for February 15-21 were 15, 12, 12, 0, 0, 0, and 0, with a mean
    of 5.6. The 10.7-centimeter flux was 72.5, 71.5, 69, 70.3, 69.1, 70.5, and 67.6, with a mean of 70.1. Estimated planetary A indices were 11, 7, 12, 14, 17, 5, and 4, with a mean of 10. Estimated mid-latitude A indices were 6, 7, 10, 14, 11, 3, and 3, with a mean of 7.7.
