    both, 1:123/500 and 1:123/789 were removed from the nodelist at the same time, in the same netseg sent by N123C that was processed at the R18C's system...

    Seen. Each week I manually run an old util to show the differences between old & new weeklies, providing a kind of reverse-engineered 'diff' report. I didn't see #123/456, so it must have gone earlier.

    and move all region 20 nodes into the region 20 controller file, there is no point on network controller anymore
