Or find another tunnel provider. E.g. he.net.

I have problems with my SixXs tunnel as well. On my sixxs uder home page, it says it is up and running. And the raious looking glass services say my end of the tunnel pings. (test6.vlist.eu). Also all the IPv6 test, I ran, say the tunnel is fine.

However the SixXs tunnel information page says that it was last alive on 2012-01-03 11:47:30 CET. The same happened around Xmas but then it came back after a few days. But I did lose ISK's. Now nothing happens, it is not coming back. TTBOMK, I have changed nothing on my side.

Jeroen Massar is his usual helpful self. NOT :-(

I have just about had it with SixXs.

Oh, well, my he.net tunnel (wrt6.vlist.eu) is doing fine. ;-)

    Cheers, Michiel

do you have aiccu running as daemon ?

do you have dynamic ipv4 ?, in terms of tunnels i belive problems is in therein, or does your firewall block protokol 41 ?

Aiccu and SixXs are Ying & Yang...

Yes, Aiccu is running (the Windows version)

do you have dynamic ipv4 ?, in terms of tunnels i belive problems is

technically I have a dynamic IPv4 address. In practise it is quasi static, it has not changeds in over a year. My he.net tunnel is configured as static 6in4. My SixXs tunnel is AYIYA dynamic.

AYIYA does not use protocol 41, so firewall settings are irrelevant. AYIYA is supposed to punch through anything and it has been doing that ffor over a year. The problem arose on Jan 3rd, without any changes on my side.

MvdV>> However the SixXs tunnel information page says that it was last

I restarde aiccu. No change. I restarted the whol e machine. No change.

MvdV>> Jeroen Massar is his usual helpful self. NOT :-(

Fair enough. And I realise that SixXs is run by volunteers. No excuse for arrogance and rudeness though...

    How about routing the subnet?
