Hopefully my native IPv6 isn't as wonky as it was a year or so ago and
I can stick with it. Although I'll probably have to setup a static v6
ip, since I'm pretty sure every time I reboot the machine it changes.
BTW, is that pronounced "Richie?" as a short form of Richard?

Without privacy extension it should not change.
And even with privacy extension the same address is used for incoming sockets. PE address should only be used for outgoing connections.
