    MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

    Title: Wood Stove Honey-Garlic Pork
    Categories: Five, Pork, Rice, Vegetables, Sauces
    Yield: 4 Servings

    1 lb Ground pork *
    4 cl Garlic; minced
    3/4 c Water
    1/4 c Soy sauce
    3 tb Honey
    1/2 c Uncooked long grain white
    - or jasmine rice **

    * you can also use ground chicken, turkey or beef

    Add the pork, garlic, water, soy sauce, honey and rice
    into the cooking pot. Stir to break up the pork.

    Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours, or until pork and
    rice are cooked through.

    Remove the lid. Stir a bit. Scoop the meat and rice over
    chopped romaine, use it in lettuce wraps, over chopped
    cabbage or plain. Eat and enjoy!

    ** I used Basmati because that's what was on hand. UDD

    Title: Honey Glaze
    Categories: Five, Condiments
    Yield: 1 Serving

    1/2 c Honey
    2 tb Light Brown Sugar
    2 tb Butter
    1/2 ts Vanilla extract (opt)

    Melt butter in microwave-safe glass measuring cup.

    Add brown sugar and stir to combine.

    Add honey and vanilla extract (if using) and stir to
    combine.

    Drizzle on top of warm muffins, waffles or pancakes.
