1/4 c Spinach leaf
1/4 c Tomatoes; diced
2 tb Red onion; diced
1 c Potatoes; diced
1/2 c Feta cheese
1 lg (to 2) eggs; sunny side up
Salt & pepper

Hashed brown potatoes
Scrambled or poached eggs
Layer saute+?d potatoes, spinach, tomatoes, onion and
cooked KRONOS Gyro meat in a skillet pan. Sprinkle on feta
cheese and place eggs on top. Add salt and pepper to
taste.
Quantity of ingredients may vary based on skillet size.
