Title: Spaghetti Jollof & Torn Titus Smoked Fish

1 lb Spaghetti
150 ml Oil
2 tb Tomato puree
2 c Ground fresh tomatoes sombo*
- atarodo** & onions
3 Knorr chicken cubes
3 Curry/thyme cubes
1 tb Salt
2 sm Smoked Titus fish
* Sombo - Brussels sprouts
** Atarodo - hot chilies
First, put water in a pot, add the salt, & 1 tb of oil.
Place on heat to boil. Add the spaghetti while the
water's boiling & leave for 10 min.
Get the smoked Titus fish & tear in pieces. Next blend
the fresh tomatoes, sombo, atarodo & onions to your
preference.
Strain spaghetti into a strainer, & put same pot back on
heat to dry off.
Pour the 150ml of oil into the pot, & fry the torn Titus
fish, sprinkling 1 pair of the Knorr stork cubes into
it.
When the fish is fried golden brown or crispy, add the
tomato puree & fry with the fish.
Pour on the blended fresh veggies mixture & let it cook
for 4 mins, add your stock cubes, curry & thyme.
Wash the strained spaghetti under your kitchen water
tap, & pour into the pot on heat & turn to incorporate.
Let it cook for 15-20 mins, or as you prefer &
voila....it's ready to serve
