    MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

    Title: Stuffed Focaccia
    Categories: Breads, Cheese, Vegetables, Beef
    Yield: 3 Servings

    1/2 (9") garlic, onion, or plain
    - Italian flat bread; split
    - horizontally
    4 oz (1/2 jar) mascarpone cheese
    6 oz Jar marinated artichoke
    - hearts; drained, chopped
    1 tb Capers; drained (opt)
    4 oz Thinly sliced Genoa salami
    1 c Arugula leaves

    Spread cut sides of focaccia with mascarpone cheese.
    Sprinkle bottom half of focaccia with artichoke hearts
    and, if desired, capers; top with salami and arugula
    leaves. Add top of focaccia, spread side down.

    Cut sandwich into thirds. Serve immediately or chill up
    to 4 hours before serving.

    Makes: 3 servings
